These terms apply when you buy anything on this website from KingdomBuilding Leadership, Inc. (“KBL”, “we”), and when you use the site. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

What you are buying
Each product page describes what is included: the format, the number of sessions or hours, and the group size. Group programs are priced for the group size shown, with a listed price for each additional participant. Coaching is sold by the hour. Engagements that need a different scope are quoted separately and follow that written proposal.
Prices, currency and taxes
- Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) to visitors in Canada and in US dollars (USD) to everyone else, and you can switch between them. The amount is the same number in either currency; we never convert it.
- Orders in CAD include 5% GST, shown before you pay. GST/HST registration no. 79622 3204 RT0001.
- The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. We may change list prices at any time; changes never affect orders already paid.
Payment
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. KBL never sees or stores your full card or bank account number.
- You can pay by credit or debit card, or by bank debit (pre-authorized debit in Canada), which costs 3% less because it saves us card fees. Bank debit may not be available for every order amount or currency.
- Card payments are confirmed straight away. Bank debits take 3 to 5 business days to clear; your order is confirmed by email once they do.
After you order
You receive a confirmation email with your order number. For programs, diagnostics and coaching, we contact you within two business days to schedule the work. Event seats are confirmed in the email; please bring the ticket code to check in.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow our Refund Policy. Event deposits are non-refundable.
Program materials
Workbooks, planners, slides and other materials we provide are for the internal use of your organization and its participants. Please don’t copy, resell or teach them to others without our written permission. Delivering KBL programs inside your organization is what our trainer certification is for.
Our responsibility
We deliver our programs with care and skill, but results depend on many things outside our control, so we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Using this website
- The content of this site, including text, images, logos and product names, belongs to KBL or is used with permission.
- Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to get around its security or by sending automated requests.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page; the version in force when you placed your order applies to it. Questions are welcome:
