We want every engagement with KingdomBuilding Leadership, Inc. (“KBL”) to be the right fit. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for anything you buy on this website. Programs agreed in a separate written proposal or contract follow the terms of that agreement.

Programs, diagnostics and strategy work
This covers assessments, diagnostics, strategic plans, workshops and accelerators.
- After you buy, we contact you to schedule the work with you.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your purchase and before any session or work has started, we refund the full amount.
- Once work has started, or once a session is less than 10 business days away, the purchase is non-refundable. We are happy to discuss moving it instead.
- You can reschedule a session once at no cost if you tell us at least 10 business days before it. Later changes are at KBL’s discretion.
- Additional participants can be added at any time at the listed price per participant. Participants who don’t attend aren’t refunded, but you may send a colleague in their place.
Coaching hours
- Coaching hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Unused hours can be refunded if you ask within 30 days of your purchase. After that, unused hours can still be moved to another person in your organization.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move a session; a session missed without notice counts as used.
Event deposits
Deposits that hold a seat at a KBL event, such as the Open House & Learning Day, are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place: just email us their name.
If KBL cancels or reschedules an event, we refund your deposit in full if you can’t attend the new date.
If KBL has to cancel
If we have to cancel or postpone something you bought, we will offer a new date first. If none works for you, we refund the amount you paid for the part not delivered.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the card or bank account you paid with, in the same currency, within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- We refund the amount you actually paid, including the 5% GST on Canadian orders. Orders paid by bank debit are refunded at the bank-debit price.
- We don’t convert currencies, so exchange-rate differences charged by your bank or card issuer aren’t covered.
How to ask
Email us with your order number (it starts with “KBL-” and is in your confirmation email) and what you would like to change. We reply within two business days.
